This journey is a new one and started when I was just going about my day. I had a story occur to me, and I was intrigued, but I didn’t do anything with it. I figured that I wasn’t really the creative type and that I didn’t see myself as a content creator. But I couldn’t let it go; more and more of the story kept occurring to me. I really wanted my story made as a visual novel, so I figured why not do it myself!
I had briefly dabbled with indie gaming years ago, but only as a programmer, and I never really pursued it as more than a brief hobby. I have little to no experience in creating and rendering models, let alone full scenes, so I have been trying to get better each step of the way.
I have used lots of forums and online videos to help me get setup and start developing.
I’m not in the position that other creators are in because I can only do this in my spare time, so it has taken me some time to put together what I have so far.
But what I have, I consider to be Episode 1. I am freely giving it away for others to enjoy. If after playing it you find yourself equally intrigued by where the story can go, please consider becoming a Patreon so that I can get better equipment to render faster and produce more content.
